Bob began his career in 1982 with CBRE/ Senior Vice President/Retail Properties, and then Cushman & Wakefield/Senior Director/Retail Properties. During those years, Bob completed over 200 commercial real estate transactions valued at nearly $1 Billion. Led by a strong background in site selection, land procurement, entitlement process, and development, Bob delivers comprehensive services for those seeking market experience and strong industry relationships. He has enjoyed great success and is highly respected in the commercial real estate community.

Bob is a native of Tampa. Bob served eight years of military service with the US Air Force Reserve as a medical corpsman onboard a C-130 assigned to the 37th Aero-Evacuation Group, MacDill AFB and then attended Officer Candidate School (OSC) while assigned to the 53rd Battalion National Guard Reserve Unit.

As a Partner in STK Group, Seve oversees and assists in all STK service sectors and will serve as Project Manager for the ASPIRE projects.

Seve lived and worked in China for ten years – 2006-2016. Of those ten years, six were spent in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors. In 2013 Seve took a position at CJI International Group, a leading Chinese immigration firm specializing in EB5 immigration investment. While at CJI, Seve and his team at US-based AAOF helped raise 55 million dollars in equity from 111 investors. The equity raised helped fund several U.S. commercial real estate projects mainly in the hotel, ALF and multi-family industries.

Seve is a native of Tampa. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in International Affairs and attended The National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei for Mandarin studies. Seve is fluent in Chinese language. Seve brings a unique set of skills and a unique global perspective to STK Group.

Diaz Fritz Group is a mid-sized National general contractor based in Tampa, Florida. They specialize in commercial construction throughout the United States. Their experience includes Senior Living, Hospitality, Renovations, Religious, Educational, Retail, Office, Healthcare, Community Amenities and Warehouse Facilities, among other unique and exciting projects. They have provided construction services for most of the major “big name” retailers and developers, as well as for many more local endeavors. Chris holds over 30 years of experience in driving business growth through compelling blend of construction, land development, and
operations management expertise, coupled with superb relationship building and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, versatile contributor with high integrity and ability to balance strong entrepreneurial spirit with solid business acumen and risk management skills. Chris has experience in high-volume and fast track, multi-unit, multi-location, retail, restaurant, medical, assisted living, and nursing home projects. He has built both ground up projects and occupied commercial renovations. Chris is a graduate of Brigham Young University Idaho and holds the understanding and wisdom that comes from operating and owning your own business.

DSA, founded in 1998 in Tampa, Florida, is a full-service architecture, interior design, and visualization firm with a diverse range of project skillsets. Project experience includes luxury single-family homes, various multi-family housing, student housing, senior living, hospitality, commercial office, medical office, education, institutional, government, historic restoration, warehouse, retail, mixed-use, and many others. DSA has embraced this diversity as one of its core strengths and has organized the firm around project specific teams assembled to address the needs of each client. Jim Fisher has over 15 years of experience represented by large scale architectural projects for a range of project types. His experience includes corporate headquarters, hospitals, educational facilities, and public buildings among many others. Jim is a Senior Project Manager with DSA and is licensed architect in the state of Florida. He has been working with DSA since 2011 and plays a role in all major projects with the firm. Recently Jim completed full architectural services on the multi-phase, high-rise Palm Apartments project at the University of Tampa, as well as several other major commercial projects.
